Sound File InstructionsThese are the sound files needed for various applications provided by TRX Telecommunications, Inc. The files must be 16 bit, 8kHz mono WAV files contained in a zip file. Their names as saved in the zip file must match what is specified here - including case make sure all filenames are lower case only. Anything not in this list or of a wrong file format will not be used. When you upload, if you do not include a file the default will be used instead, if you have previously uploaded sounds for your particular DID then they should be saved, so you only have to upload the new files that you wish to change. If you upload a complete set of sounds for your application, old sounds will be replaced.

Business Conf Instructions

In order to use this you must have a working webserver and the ability to update content on it. You will need to have a script that will accept an HTTP GET for each caller. If you are not responsible for your website, you may wish to copy this information and forward it to the person or group that is responsible. We will send the following variables:

did
This is the number that was dialed, ie the one we provided you
clid
This is the caller id number of the caller
confno
This is the conference number the caller is requesting

In addition you must return data to us in the following format

STATUS=OK

PIN=1234

The pin argument is optional, if specified the caller will be prompted to enter a pin number, if it is not there, no pin will be requested or used for that conference. If STATUS is not 'OK' then the caller will be informed that the conference number is not valid and asked to reenter their conference number.
